I used these guys 3 years ago when I bought a house that needed some work. They were great. They were down to earth, explained everything to my satisfaction (and I ask a lot of questions) and were timely finishing all the jobs I had. They would not do any light construction (like repairing the wall or cieling after changing or adding receptecles) but they told me that up front.
