Worse in the town, disrespectful to customers and charging more money
I hired Preferred about a year ago to install a new exhaust fan in my washroom. The job itself went ok and the technician said they would send us an invoice. I did not receive one and completely forgot to follow up with them (it also isn’t my job to chase them down for an invoice). Last week as the first form of communication I received from them since completion of the work, I received a very rude and condescending letter demanding payment for an outstanding invoice.
