Everyone should be aware that they charge 2 hours regardless the job done.I have paid 300$ for them to replace an 60 Amp fuse. Better avoid this company or ask before they show up…
The work they do is fine but where they get a poor rating is their billing. Doesn’t have any information as to how to pay the balance so when you call to get the bill sorted out receptionist is ignorant and still doesn’t provide you with the information. Save yourself the headache and move on

Thanks soo much, guys! When the ice storm rolled in, taking out a bunch of branches onto the roof and collapsing the standpost at our home on Wellington, we were instructed to get an electrician before BW Power could reconnect us. Preferred was contacted just after 11pm and were here just after 8am and had everything up and ready for power reconnect very quickly. Couldn't be happier with their response time and communication. Would definitely recommend.
