Dr Yee is great, but the practice is over scheduling patients too close together. I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room later than my appointment time, and then I was kept waiting over 30 minutes in the treatment room naked in a paper shirt! This is unacceptable & my time has value, too. Please address this issue before my next annual exam. Thank you.
Dr. Ye was upbeat, kind, professionak Nurse Carissa was sweet,professional, sympathetic The Front Desk Assistants Gisella(great nails) and Evan (handsome) were so polite and professional. I will definitely bring my mother back.
Efficient and kind with my foot infection
I don’t really ever post reviews but I felt it was very necessary. I’m self pay. The reason I set up an appointment to this location was because the receptionist quoted me $109 for new patient visit. After my appointment my balance was now $258. The receptionist even went to ask someone why the price was so high. All I was told was that if I pay that my prescriptions would be cheaper.
