Efficient and kind with my foot infection
I don’t really ever post reviews but I felt it was very necessary. I’m self pay. The reason I set up an appointment to this location was because the receptionist quoted me $109 for new patient visit. After my appointment my balance was now $258. The receptionist even went to ask someone why the price was so high. All I was told was that if I pay that my prescriptions would be cheaper. Vivian Yee is an excellent Dermatologist. She is very thorough and has great bedside manners. She takes the time to answer any and all questions.
Went to see Dr. Yee this afternoon at her Lewisville clinic. The front desk girl greeted me. The ipad is clean. The instructions on the ipad is easy to follow when filling the medical info. Dr. Yee and Ms. Jennifer, Rn, both are very patient listening to my concerns. Dr, Yee answered all my questions with professional knowledge.
Worst customer service ever complain to management they never even returned the phone call Dr Yee was good associate was very rude
