I've had many years of exceptional customer service and am proud to be a member of Preferred Credit Union. Recently the bank manager and the collections & account manager went above and beyond helping me when my account was hacked. I am so thankful for their patience and knowledge.
Deanna and Cari did a great job of getting us through a difficult request! We went to this branch to do a transfer from a sister credit union in Jackson, Mi, were closing on a house the next day and needed it! Long story short they made it happen, so grateful! Great job great costumer service!
