I would like to say what an outstanding job both Deanna and Rachel did for my husband and myself. They went above and beyond for us when we needed help. As a result of their friendly professionalism we plan to join this credit union. We owe them a big thank you! Just to be certain, this is the Sparks Street, Grand Rapids MI Preferred Credit Union.
PCU has helped me in more ways than I deserved. They are always so kind and helpful. I always go to the Sparks Dr. location… And they even have a free coin machine that you can use to cash in all your loose change. Highly recommended.
The best. Perfect attitude. Perfect greeting. Perfect interaction.
