I always get the best service when I go to Preferred Credit Union and Alexis is my teller! Besides being the prettiest teller, she also is so charming and customer friendly! Preferred Credit Union has a true diamond in Alexis! A great representative of not only their credit union but also the member first philosophy of what credit unions in this country are all about! Alexis always does service with a smile!
Absolutely 100% REGRET ever doing business here!! This credit union has their own personal gain in mind over anything else. I would have been better off keeping my money in a shoe box. Watch out for the over draft fees! If something even tries coming out of a negative account, they’ll return the payment and still charge you $30 in fees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PREFERRED CREDIT UNION!!
