Great company to deal with. Great parts, great service. Nice people in the office. Won't hesitate to do business with them again.
Poor quality parts. I replaced my timing chain as a preventative on my vehicle since we already had the motor torn down to replace a water pump. 18 months later the timing chain broke with no warning while I was driving and ruined my motor. I had maybe 40,000 miles on the timing chain.
BEWARE: ALL PARTS MANUFACTURED IN CHINA!! I was interested in a timing chain kit for a VW Tiguan. I purchased the kit manufactured by PCI from Rock Auto, retailing at $178. Before purchasing i was very careful to research the company and was pleased with what I read. I opened the packaging as soon as it arrived. To my dismay, all of the parts are manufactured in CHINA!!! (China is the counterfeit/clone manufacturers of the world!) ...This will not be sufficient for my vehicle.
