Excellent Customer Service. I'm banking with them since 2008.
Terrible bank. We applied for a construction loan at their cape coral branch. the coordinator there messed up our application three times due to she can't complete simple arithmetic, like adding numbers together.... 6-7 months and three applications, me flipping out on the branch manager they finally got it done. Just awful.
