Preferred has powder coated a few things for my boat over the past few months and I’ve had an awesome experience. The finish is great, prices are super reasonable, quick turnaround, and the people that work there are exceptional. They have tons of colors to choose from and a bunch of them in stock. I’ve had great service and they’ll be my go to for anything power coat.
They essentially destroyed a pair of really rare bmx forks by not knowing what to do. I fully explained what was needed and and they did what they felt was best. Now I have a set of forks that are all but useless. Steer tube is ovalized where it was clamped at some point(was not like this before hand), aswell as powder coating over the steer tube where bearing are supposed to slide on(that can be stripped, but shouldn't have been done). Doug and his team are absolutely excellent! Amazing results, great customer service, and speedy turnaround time. From wheels, exhaust pipes, all the way to odd and ends bits and pieces I have never had a bad experience or results with these guys. Highly recommend and very trust worthy.
