Several times over the past couple of years, my Aunt travelled from NY to rent a home in West Palm beach area. She was very pleased with the quality of the service, care, professionalism and compassion of the staff at Preferred Care of West Palm Beach - specifically, Tiffany, an aide, and manager, Amy. I would recommend Preferred Care to friends and neighbors.
Great company and they go above and beyond. Amy makes you feel at ease and she answers a lot of questions. Easy to reach and deal with, provides comfort and understanding. They help out with things if you unable to. Definitely give them a try. It’s worth it !
I work long hours and my mom had fallen several times in our home while I was working ending up in the hospital for a week. I didn't want her to be home alone while I work. I started to research home care companies and had left a few voicemails becuase none of the places were answering the phone "after hours". Dr. Jack Rosenzweig answered my call at 8pm on a Sunday! Momma has been using this service for a few years now and she’s very happy. Her caretaker Sabrina is very loving, gentle and compassionate. In addition to helping momma she also helps me with stuff around the house if needed. I couldn’t be happier for the excellent care mom receives.
