Our family hired Preferred at home to help with our dad who had Parkinson's. Shantelle and Vanessa are the most caring and compassionate women. Between the owner, care givers and everyone I spoke to you can tell they are all aligned around one thing and that is ensuring they are caring for each person specifically to each individuals needs. They came on short notice and were able to help take care of my mother while I was out of town. Communication was fast, professional and convenient. The costs were very competitive.
