While Preferred Care at Home was prompt in answering all questions and sending out someone immediately, some of the caregivers definitely should not be providing care to anyone, especially an elderly person needing overnight care that does not sleep. Most of the staff became angry and agitated on the overnight shift because they couldn't sleep through the night. Mallory and Burton were very professional and caring and made the process as easy as possible for getting care for my dad, who is in an assisted living facility. I would highly recommend the Preferred Care at Home agency.
I can’t say enough about the excellent care and attention they provided my father in law at a very stressful and delicate time. They were so wonderful with him and they communicated with all family members on a daily basis with detailed and highly professional progress reports. They really do care about your loved one and I would recommend them to anyone who needs special care for their aging parent.
