I wasn’t going to leave a review but this company is selfless. I prayed and I was led to leave this post. I don’t ever want anyone to experience what I did with them. The boss only cares about money. They don’t care about the people for real. I RECOMMEND HOME INSTEAD . I have been a care giver for over 5 years and never have I ever experienced anything like I have with this agency. I would give them 0 stars but it made me click on something.
I loved working with Jessica and Betsy with Preferred Care At Home for my post op recovery. They gave me peace of mind, were professional and patient through out the whole process. I’ll happily refer Preferred Care At Home and know who to call for any future needs.
Preferred Care at Home of Coastal Volusia is a true gem that goes above and beyond to help seniors and their families. Suzette is an outstanding manager/coordinator who works very hard to place the right in home helpers with her clients. They have gone above and beyond to help my father live comfortably in his home. They are easy to work with and always accommodating to their client’s needs as well as consistently keeping the family informed and in the decision making process. I highly recommend PCAH of Coastal Volusia.
