I cannot give enough stars to this company! Their attention and care has been outstanding for my mom ! From the initial phone call to Edwin, he has been attentive, checking in periodically to see how things are going as well as only a text/phone call away. He returns texts/phone calls immediately! - The two aides my mom has had have been warm, professionals who truly care about my mom's well-being. I would highly recommend this company!!
We were extremely pleased with the attention given to us by Preferred Care at Home. If ever a problem, Edwin Cruz was attentive and caring.
