Preferred Care at Home initially provided my mother with support after returning to her assisted living facility after a few hospital/rehab stays. My mom became bedridden and over the past two years or so they provided my mother with aid support 8am to 8pm - 7 days a week so that she could remain in her assisted living facility.. PCare at Home worked hard to find the right fit for my mom, and avoided rotating aids as much as they could. The aids showed my mom much compassion and respect. I cannot give enough stars to this company! Their attention and care has been outstanding for my mom ! From the initial phone call to Edwin, he has been attentive, checking in periodically to see how things are going as well as only a text/phone call away. He returns texts/phone calls immediately! - The two aides my mom has had have been warm, professionals who truly care about my mom's well-being. I would highly recommend this company!!
We were extremely pleased with the attention given to us by Preferred Care at Home. If ever a problem, Edwin Cruz was attentive and caring.
