They messed my medical claim to Cigna with a typo (used wrong year in the billing) and came after me with the bill. I had already met my full year deductible / out of pocket costs, but since they used the wrong year, I ended up being responsible for the payment. They kept threatening to send me to collections for the payment that Cigna refused to process and they kept coming after me. All because of a human error on their part.
I am being nice even give 1 star!!! This company has VERY rude employees or should I say employee!!! I called in to ask questions about my bill and spoke with a lady named Lisa. She first seemed upset she had to even answer the phone like I inconvenienced her and she explained that my services were for anesthesia services I had when I was in the hospital. Horrible service. Every time you call you will get a different person. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible company.
