Did an intake here for outpatient mental health. Was told I would receive a call scheduling me with a therapist within the next 2 weeks. Proceeded to receive absolutely NO CONTACT for two MONTHS until I received a letter stating my case would be closed for MY truancy. How can I be truant to appointments that were never scheduled and never existed? I never even received a therapist assignment. If you're at capacity or can't take any more patients just say so so people can find another therapist rather than letting them suffer... read more

I’m sure there are worse places than this, but this is definitely less than average. All I can say is, don’t expect to be treated as a priority.
Made me take medication that I didn't need and they wanted me to go to a group home.
If I could give it negative stars I would ! My cousin worked for this company across the way for years but different department. Thought it would be good for my anxiety. I don't need medication or anything like that but saw a therapist twice and then they called and cancelled my app saying emergency. Ok im an understanding person but kept calling and they kept saying she was still out and said I had to be put on the waiting list again of I wanted another therapist. Waited a month no response from the therapist no call backs ... read more
