I like the Doctor but communication is not very at this place. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone, they never call back when you leave voice mail. Sometimes getting your prescription refilled takes time. I don't know why they would not respond to any requests and send medications to the pharmacy.

I like the doctor, he is very nice and respectful. His receptionist needs to improve her customer service skills. No proper greetings, she is always on her phone watching or listening to something even when people are in the lobby.

My family member has been trying to reach them all day since this office hasn’t sent off their prescription for several days. We’ve left emails, voice mails, phone calls, I drove to the office at 4:00 PM (1 hour before their self-described closure time) and it’s locked up and closed with no one in sight. This office seems to have no problems letting their patients’ daily medications run out with not even one attempt to communicate or rectify the issue.

Do not waste your time - if you are looking for a doctor to help you, this will only serve to delay the relief you seek. I was a client for a few months before a lapse in visits required me to go through the new patient process in order to continue with Dr. Wowo. Twice I’ve scheduled, twice I have failed to receive the confirmation email or actually be contacted on the day of the appointment -after waiting months because new patient visits cannot schedule as freely.
