They refuse to release my medical records to another medical provider. Continuation of my treatment has been delayed due to preferred behavioral healths negligence. They said they would release my records to another medical provider and waive the $30 records fee because it is another medical provider requesting them and not myself personally. I'm only giving it 2 stars because I love my councilor Ms. Debbie. I had one bad doctor who basically told me, I'm giving you this medicine and I know it's not going to work, but I had to take it anyway. I do not take pills that are not beneficial to me and also have side effects The new doctor I received (Nicole) forgot to send in my meds, blamed it on staff and answering service from the Philippines. I do not normally leave reviews, however this mental health service is so bad, I have to warn everyone else. Firstly, they have a horrible way of communicating. They are never answering the phone or respond to voicemails left by them. The billing department is horrible. I have unexplained things sent to me via mail. Which I do appreciate, however would it not be easier to email or text me about bills rather than waiting a week for an unexpected bill. The providers here are also horrible. The new front desk staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I see Debbi as my counselor and she is so wonderful. She’s really helping me.
Honestly, so far it's an A+ - my experience with the office. I've never had a provider have such consistency with follow-ups and making sure things are the way they should be. Nicole is amazing with an attitude that she really wants to do what's best for the patient. The front staff is great, nice and very well organized. In the short time I've been going there, the experience is great!
