Honestly, so far it's an A+ - my experience with the office. I've never had a provider have such consistency with follow-ups and making sure things are the way they should be. Nicole is amazing with an attitude that she really wants to do what's best for the patient. The front staff is great, nice and very well organized. In the short time I've been going there, the experience is great!
Shontel has repeatedly stopped my medication without a heads up first, causing me to withdraw more times than I can count. She made it easier for me to access habit forming medication than non-habit forming for my anxiety. She’s blamed me for my anxiety, tried to train me out of it like a dog instead of addressing the root causes and told me to work harder in therapy instead of being constructive. Scheduled appointment... tried using link at scheduled time and it says link is no longer valid. Cannot contact office since it's closed and can't reach anyone so it looks like I might have to reschedule which is inconvenient.
Do not come here if you have treatment resistant depression. They will tell you it’s your fault that you don’t feel better because you aren’t trying hard enough and will accuse you of being a drug seeker for asking to be evaluated for a possibly undiagnosed condition. They don’t care if you live or die. We are all disposable to them.
Elbe Iloabachie Is it extremely frustrating provider to work with. When we first came to see her my son was on quite a few medications and she immediately wanted to start making changes. She would tell me throughout the appointment of all the changes she wanted to make and then at the end of the appointment not make any changes. When we came in for my son's most recent appointment.
