This bank is the most inconvenient bank I’ve ever had. They make you jump through so many hoops just to access your money.
The ladies at TFB are always helpful, cheerful, and professional. Shout out to Amanda and Pavi for helping me with third-party insurance checks as part of my business. They always help me work through a complicated process and they make it look easy!

I would not feel safe keeping my money at this bank when they're literally willing to wire tens of thousands of dollars without verifying the person that comes into the bank. When I was buying my house, I kept my 20% deposit in the same account, and when I went to transfer it to the mortgage company, they didn't even check my ID. I only gave them my account number and name, and the account to transfer it to, and they were okay sending the money without verifying any information.
