First time doing business with preferred bank at this branch , Personalized service, friendly staff, warmly welcomed; security guard outside during business hours, recommended branch.
Service was terribly bais. I wouldn't every thought about coming to that branch but because it was the closest and very bad service, because oh my culture the whole lil plaza was prejudice against me. The Chinese staff made it clear I'm not welcome to the Branch. Ask me why do I want an acct open. Very disappointed ☹️.
