Long story short, they were paid by my insurance company to repair my car and didn't. I took it to a dealer and they said they didn't even touch the obvious problem. UPDATE! Preferred told me last year that they replaced the sensor for the air conditioning system. When I called multiple times over the last year when it decided not to work randomly, they told me it was the sensor again. Limped off I-90 with dangling shield under engine. They dropped what they were doing, removed the shield in minutes, and had me back on the road ASAP. Very clean and courteous staff.
