I took my Lincoln navigator in due to some fluid leak. They told me it was valve gasket seals and an oil leak that was wrong and a vacuum pump for brakes. They charge me $1930 I took my vehicle home and it was still leaking. Come to find out it was my turbo coolant pipe that was leaking and it did not fix my problem I find it hard to believe that you can’t figure out a coolant leak issue versus an oil leak issue very disappointed and will not be returning to them for business.
Gave list of items needed. They called about 1 hour later with quote. Okada quote and picked up car 5 hours later. Very friendly, fair and professional. Highly recommend.
They quickly found the problem and we're very transparent with what went on in the shop that lead to their findings. My vehicle was fixed quickly drives great now. I'll definitely use this shop again in the future!
