Highly recommended!!! My car ended up here through AAA…. On my way to the dentist the day after surgery my alternator decided to die…only about 2 miles away from the office on the side of the highway so I had to let the tow truck take it alone while I went to my appt like 3 hrs late….Patrick called me asap and informed me of everything… It was a very ruff day for me to say the least in my situation and he was such a “REAL” human being .. The crew at Preferred Auto are good people. Frank the owner is hands on and I like that. If there are any issues after the work they make sure it’s resolved. Patrick is the guy who communicates with the customer and is a true asset to the company!
Took my car for the first time to have an oil change and tire rotation Mike found a leak from the back caliper and showed me the leak and replaced it. They did a great job and I will be coming back for any repairs when needed.
Frank and his team are the single most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. Explains why they have been in business for decades. Barbara who answers the phone is fantastic and will make every effort to help you. I've recommended so many customers and they all are always in awe at how amazing these folks are. Never had a single problem with any repairs done and I cannot explain how much that these people are not in business to take your money. If you need a mechanic, this is the BEST place you can go.
I took my Lincoln navigator in due to some fluid leak. They told me it was valve gasket seals and an oil leak that was wrong and a vacuum pump for brakes. They charge me $1930 I took my vehicle home and it was still leaking. Come to find out it was my turbo coolant pipe that was leaking and it did not fix my problem I find it hard to believe that you can’t figure out a coolant leak issue versus an oil leak issue very disappointed and will not be returning to them for business.
