I can't say enough about how confident and elated I am having found this absolute gem of an automotive repair company. The A/C went out in my Durango R/T, black interior, in the midst of this scorching heat and unbearable humidity. Highly recommended!!! My car ended up here through AAA…. On my way to the dentist the day after surgery my alternator decided to die…only about 2 miles away from the office on the side of the highway so I had to let the tow truck take it alone while I went to my appt like 3 hrs late….Patrick called me asap and informed me of everything… It was a very ruff day for me to say the least in my situation and he was such a “REAL” human being .. The crew at Preferred Auto are good people. Frank the owner is hands on and I like that. If there are any issues after the work they make sure it’s resolved. Patrick is the guy who communicates with the customer and is a true asset to the company!
Took my car for the first time to have an oil change and tire rotation Mike found a leak from the back caliper and showed me the leak and replaced it. They did a great job and I will be coming back for any repairs when needed.
