I wish I could not give this place 1 star, it is a oily dirty dump. Perfect example of shade tree mechanics that buy use parts and will rip you off. Save your money, you spent a lot for your car and you should take care of it. These Bozo's will tell you anything to get your money. I took my BMW there and came out with more problems that I had before and didn't get my oil changed but they claimed they did. Basically this place is a rip off and should be investigated, I must agree that the mechanics are NOT certified by BMW.
These guys work are not legitimate, you get what you pay for. They inspected my BMW in 30 minutes and told me that there is nothing wrong, I took it to the dealer and I was told about problems and the defects was shown to me. These mechanics are not certified by BWM or would you see any certifications around their dirty office. We took our cars to Preferred and never had a problem. The techs got new parts and a great price really fast. Our last 2 visits saved us over 3K. These guys now what they are doing and they treat you right and with respect. Call them before you go to the dealer or anywhere else. Preferred Auto has always been honest and I will not take our cars anywhere else.
Very good and friendly BMW mechanics. My co worker referred me here and I am more than happy and satisfied I took their advice. I have a 750li and I will be back there for my next service!
I am pretty new to the area and found this business online. I called and scheduled for service on my BMW. My vehicle was ready the same day and everyone there was very friendly. They are very reasonable and most importantly only did what was necessary. I would definitely come back!
My exotic and European vehicles are serviced and maintained here. It's truly amazing the knowledge the staff have here!
I am not one to write reviews, but if an experience deserves merit, I think it should be voiced. I have had several friends refer me to Preferred Auto Service, and have been using them for over a year now and have nothing but glowing remarks. If most businesses operated like this place does, many future headaches would be prevented. I will fore-warn you that they are very busy and you should schedule an appointment to get your vehicle worked on.
I have been taking both my BMW and Mercedes to Terry for years and have nothing but praise and many thanks to him and his staff!
