I brought my truck to Preferred Auto Collision for significant repair work that ended up costing about $40,000. The job took approximately six months, even though the scope of work should have reasonably been completed much sooner. Horrible what they did to Diane this is the type of business you conduct
This shop did a bad job.They never replaced my headlight. I had to order one myself. When they took bumper off and upper plate, they found Superglued parts. As you can see, they never replaced any cracked parts, just covered it, thinking we would never see it. Finding out now they didn't even paint vehicle with the same paint color for my vehicle.Just some black paint, just noticed in the sun.I will definitely report this shop to my insurance, and to Jeep.
