Came to the rental place in Las Vegas and had to wait for 3 hours to get to my rental because they only have 1 person working and there were 30 people all here to rent cars. I had a reservation at 130pm and arrived at 125pm and didn't leave until 425pm in my rental.
The service here is really good. Trying to rent a car and I had no idea what I was doing, luckily Yolanda, the worker there helped me out. She was kind, respectful and helpful. Thank you!
