We needed a large driveway done about 3 football fields long. They did an excellent job and were very good at communicating during the whole process.
Our church has had Preferred do our sealcoating and striping for our parking lot a few times and we’ve always been very happy with the results. These guys have not only done a good job for us, but they have often done more than we asked of them without increasing the bill. They’ve been great at working around our schedule at the church too. I was worried my driveway wasn’t going to be clean enough for the sealant to stick so I pressure washed and used my leaf blower to get it ready these guys cleaned my driveway so well when they showed up I have no worries, they sealed everything up and made it look amazing
They only use the best quality sealer, crack filler and line paint. Solid workers who are respectful and diligent in doing whatever they can to try and save our driveways and parking lots from deterioration. Recommends an every two year schedule with “light usage”, but heavily trafficked areas and snow plows will show more wear. Overall a quality company with competitive pricing, and scheduling.
