Unsatisfied Customer Preferred Appliance Service lacks professionalism and integrity. I called them to schedule service for my appliances. I left 7 voice mails and never received a return call; that should have been an indicator of the type of company that I was dealing with. I finally reached someone and was able to schedule the appointment. The service provider (Greg) came to diagnosis the issues with my appliances and didn't bring tools; nor did he provide a written estimate of the work. He never came back to do the work.... read more

I have found MY appliance repair company for LIFE I have used Preferred for my washer. I was referred by my mother that had work done on her refridgerator. On BOTH occasions we found that the tech was dependible, respectful and very kind. He was knowlegeable and the pricing was more than fair. I had Capital City Appliance out at first and they quoted me $385 to replace my ice maker. I told them I would think about it and to " have a good day".
