Samantha is fantastic! She does my hair color, highlights and cutting. It looks great every time and I would highly recommend the salon to anyone!

I was very disappointed when went there. I am new to the area and was set up with a hairdresser named Miranda. The customer service was horrible, the stylist ran late and She knew I wasn't happy, but still sent me out the door dissatisfied and also color still stained on my face. I had to go to another salon to have my hair fixed it came out so bad. I was truly embarrassed. This was the first time and last time I will ever go there.

I have been going to Preference for 15 years. I won't believe any of this ever took place. Missy is a doll and goes out of her way to help all of her customers and there is absolutely not a chance she would ever say she was too busy to fix a mistake. Like any business they are not perfect, but I have never left there unhappy or heard anyone gossip about other customers. I have to say I am not surprised when i saw the last review. I was extremely disappointed. I noticed the gossip as well between the other stylists and was very surprised by the way I was treated by the receptionist. I saw a woman named "Miranda." This was my first time as well and I will never go back and my friends warned me too. She was not that friendly either and was 30 minutes late.My haircut was so awful I had to make a appointment to get it fixed at another salon and the asked if a child cut my hair it was so bad.
