Called at 10am and spoke with the owner, made an appointment the guy never showed up, never called, won't respond to my call or text. Told him it was a sewer line clogged so left me all day without having it fixed until I find someone else. Very unprofessional way to not do business. Highly advise you stay away from him
We live in New Orleans and had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida. So we went to a friend's house in Welaka, Florida. Unfortunately, we accidentally broke the hot water heater and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called Dale at Prefab Plumbing Services and got him straightaway. He said he could come out that day but it would be after 5 which was OK with us. The only thing I asked him was to please wear a mask and he said okay. He never showed up.
