This facility is always clean. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The doctors listen to you and ready to help with the problem. I am proud to be a patient of Scott and white. Every one of my doctors are here.
She’s an excellent listener . She’s very thorough. She seems genuinely concerned about her patient and if she’s not sure of something, she will research it and find out I truly adore her. She’s been my doctor for five years now and I don’t want to change ever.
I was disappointed in the care and professionalism of Dr. Soto and her staff when handling the prior authorization for the medication Zepbound through my insurance company. Additionally, she tried to accuse me of wanting to micro-dose the medication due to requesting the vial rather than the injector for cost savings to the insurance company ($349 vs $1,300 per month).
