EXCELLENT surgeon. I’d give more stars if I could. We are blessed to have her. She’s operated on me appropriately five times. I love her.
she did surgery on my mom and when my mom came in for her appointment, she didn’t even care to check. My mom is now at chico hospital with an infection.
Dr. Shenoy provided a very well done procedure on me about 2 weeks ago. She has a very warm and professional approach to her patients. She is kind and listens attentively. She even remembered little details like the fact that I look forward to walking my dogs again after I heal. Dr. Shenoy is the best surgeon I have ever had and I want to genuinely compliment her services and her office staff.
Dr Sheneoy is a Great Doctor .. her staff is a Zero .. very unprofessional.. make appointments than changing them without notifying you .. talking to other patients making comments while your suppose to be on hold but have themselves on speaker phone .. I think she’s a great Dr but wouldn’t go back to her .. 2 stars
Dr. Shenoy is amazing. But the staff is completely incompetent.
