I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at Dr. Preeti Lehkkra’s office. When I first scheduled my appointment, it took 48 minutes for the staff to even answer the phone I even took a screenshot to document the wait. Despite finally making an appointment, they completely forgot to put my name down, causing unnecessary confusion when I arrived. During my actual visit, Dr. Lehkkra was condescending and dismissive. Dr L is wonderful. She’s thorough and takes her time. The office staff is great- super efficient and friendly.
Dr. Lekhra is very professional and listens to her patients. I am very grateful to have found a doctor who listens to me and includes me in my health care moving forward.
Dr. Lekhra was wonderful! We recently moved to area and she is our primary care doctor for the whole family. She spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. She made all our referrals. Her office staff is amazing as well.
