I was a patient of Dr. Betkerur for many years and unfortunately I am now unable to work and her office does NOT fill out the required forms for Social Security. I had a panic attack in her office with her present and she could care less. Did not attempt to help with my pain. After being a patient for 20 years, I've decided to move ALL of my care to OSU Hospital because they actually will do anything to help. I would suggest to get care from OSU and NOT Mt. Carmel.
She is very nice and really care about my health issues and treat it well. She always respond to me once she is free.
Very worst care, doesn't pay attention to drug interactions, and have to be notified by pharmacist that the combo prescribed can have potentially deadly side effects. In addition, caregiver found that tests that were run were out of acceptable limits and dangerous, shouldn't the doctor catch that and not the patient? In my opinion, if you have any regard for staying alive, find someone else that pays attention, follows up, and knows what to prescribe.
Dr. Betkerur is an amazing doctor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and impressively genuine. She is open, honest and has helped me change my life around. She helped me lose weight, helped me govern my sugar levels and a1c. She has really been the backbone I needed to get my bloodwork numbers in line. I was ready to do the work and with her guidance I'm succeeding. Knowing that I don't want to let her sincerity down has given me that extra drive to accomplish my goals.
