Dr. Sridhar is so thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. She provide with the information and options so that I can determine best pathway for me. I've had other endos that I thought were good, but didn't know what great was until her. She takes the time to respond to questions about my meds--the context in the past, to help me understand the now, and insights for my future. Straddling the now and future health. Absolutely incompetent front office
Absolutely appalling experience and a complete waste of time. I booked an appointment for my mom with Dr. Preethi Sridhar two months in advance, specifically confirming that our Anthem Blue Cross insurance would be accepted. This was based on a referral from another doctor in the same complex who assured us of insurance compatibility. Today, after driving nearly 30 minutes (halfway to the appointment), we received a call from the front office stating they do not accept our insurance and offered an out-of-pocket option.
