Absolutely incompetent front office
Absolutely appalling experience and a complete waste of time. I booked an appointment for my mom with Dr. Preethi Sridhar two months in advance, specifically confirming that our Anthem Blue Cross insurance would be accepted. This was based on a referral from another doctor in the same complex who assured us of insurance compatibility.
