This is a one star review because I can't post a review with zero stars. I was in an accident and the Connecticut State Police called Preece's to tow my car. I had never been in an accident before, and it was a traumatizing experience. Once they got my car to their lot, they instructed me to leave my car unlocked with the key inside. While there is a gate, their lot is not fenced in and anyone could have come into my car at any time.
