This is the best dentist ever!!! I wish they would accept adults, I would use the dentist more if so! I will never change dentists for my child and recommend this one!!
Dr Preece is awesome. He has a great office and staff! His prices are reasonable as well.
My review is actually of Dr. Austin Church, who is Dr. Preece's partner. He was very nice and very good with my 3-year old son, however, he immediatly recommended putting silver metal caps on all the cavities in my sons mouth, which happens to be quite a few. I was appalled. I asked if there was any other way, any other treatment procedures and after what felt like negotiations, he agreed he would consider a couple of porcelain fillings for two of his front teeth, but all others MUST have metal caps. It's a little cramped in there, but the professional staff are top notch. They communicate wonderfully with parents and kids alike... even allow parents to go with their kids to exam area (unlike many pediatric dentists). We drive 25 minutes past many closer dentists to get our kids over to see Dr Preece - every 6 months! Oh - and murals on walls are bonus to enjoy while there.
We love Dr. Preece and Dr. Church. My children actually look forward to going to the dentist! They treat the children amazingly - totally explaining everything to them, alleviating any fears, just make them as comfortable as possible. It's great. The front office works well with the parents as far as billing, insurance, treatment plans, etc. They're just great people doing a fantastic job of keeping my 3 children's smiles beautiful!
Both of my sons have gone to Dr. Preece & both have had to have surgery. The office visits were always wonderful and they even had games for the kids to play while waiting in the chairs. My first son had surgery when he was 4 and he is now 12 and doing great. My youngest also had surgery when he was 4 and Dr. Preece not only gave him a stuffed animal to take into surgery he also came by our room before the surgery to pray with us for a successful surgery. He is everything i would want in a dentist!
Dr. Preece now has several "associates", you pay full price, but get a stranger.
I've recently transferred both of my children to Dr. Preece. We've had excellent customer service, the front desk employees are very courteous and friendly. Dr. Preece is very nice and is great with the kids. I highly recommend Dr. Preece and his staff to take care of anyone's pediatric dental needs.
Dr Preece does great job. His staff is always friendly. My son has a cleft lip and palate so he needs extra dental care and Dr. Preece does great job of making him feel relaxed in the dental each time.
