We had an awful experience with Dr. Preece. Four adults held my three year old down while he attempted to drill on my son's tooth without any medication. The hygienists made rude comments and Dr. Preece was not patient with my son. I expected him to explain to my son what he was doing and all he was doing was yelling to the nurses saying it is hard to communicate over the yelling that my son was doing because he was being held down. My daughter has been going to Dr. Preece since she was 2. The staff has always been very polite and nice! Dr. Preece has even sung to my daughter. We've never had a long wait (even during the summer when they're packed!). My daughter just recently got her first cavity and after we left I had additional questions, Instead of office staff just relaying them to Dr. Preece he called me personally and spoke with me about everything. This is by far the best pediatric dentist we have ever been to! We were told that my daughter had to have a lot of work done by another dentist and got a second opinion from Dr Preece. He did confirm that she needed all of it but his staff discussed with us different options we could look into to make a $4500 dental bill cheaper (that is not Care Credit). My child has seen Dr. Church and Dr. Preece and we had a very good experience each time. Very friendly staff and my child liked the games.

Have been using this dentist for my son for 16 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Preece and his associates have always taking excellent care of my son. I would highly recommend this office for your child.

I saw Dr Preece with in April 2011 with my two children. He was very conservative in treatment and was much more reasonable in price than the last pediatric dentist we saw. Most important was his kind manner and the staff''s attentiveness. No one likes to visit the dentist, but now I can say my children actually do!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! My kids thought this dentist and office staff was rude. Also, they said that they each had cavities, we went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion and checked the x-rays several times and said that they didnt have any cavities. Looks like Dr Preece was just trying to run up the bill and line his pockets.
