This company was amazing. After getting multiple bids and meeting with several companies we chose Predator. We had a whole home mold issue. They midigated the issue then we hired a company for an air test that was sent to a lab and the tests showed the problem was fixed and passed the air test so they provided us a letter stating the home is safe to live in again which is what our HOA required before we could move in. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I had a leak in my home from a pipe that was bad. Completely flooded under my house. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were affected. Predator restorations went above and beyond to help me restore not just my house, but they also helped me work with my insurance. As a 23 year old who is new to all this I am extremely grateful for them holding my hand through this process. I can’t thank enough Ken the owner of this company. Fast response and very helpful. We had a bathroom leak and they did water restoration and remodeled the bathroom for us to make it safer for us to use. Great experience and will use them in the future for all our restoration and remodel projects.
