Horrible!!! over charge you, then they don't answer the phone calls to recover your vehicle!! Voicemail box is full for 5 days no answer then and charge you for days they don't answer!!! Horrible
This review box only allows a certain number of characters so I will make this brief. This company is EXTREMELY dishonest. They tried to double charge me to release my car from the impound. After paying off my car debt and getting the release paperwork from the loan company, they tried to charge me AGAIN for a towing (which the loan company specifically told me NOT TO DO.)
