Decent apartments. They’ll charge against your security deposit even if you clean the place (see attached fridge photo from move-out, Brian charged me $60 to clean this). When I called to inquire about the charge, I was cursed at and had the phone slammed on me. Disappointing.

Not worth the trouble! They charge a $15 fee for a background check- the first I’ve heard of and I’ve been renting up here for 7 years, then also on the application prompt for pet(s) info, not specifying you need to clarify if it’s an ESA or not from the start, then reject the application because of their no pets policy and say “You did not say it was an ESA until we said we have a no pet policy. You referred to your dog as being well behaved. We are not accepting your application.” Based off of this initial unpleasant inter... read more

One of the best experiences we had renting. They take care of their properties and have competitive rental rates.

Great apartment in a great area. The office staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. They do a great job keeping up with lawn maintenance and snow removal in the winter. I have enjoyed my time here and will continue to recommend renting from them to others.
