My gym 24 Hour fitness uses Precor recumbent bikes in their locations in Southern California . 4 of the 6 bikes in one location and (at least) 5 of 10 in another location are non functioning. They start slipping almost immediately and/or turn off and require resetting to the desired setting only to turn off or slip a few seconds later. Can you please improve your product or work with the gyms who bought your product to commit to a service schedule?
Horrible customer service and parts ordering. Spend hours on the phone trying to order parts. Most people you talk to are out of country and have never seen one of these machines. Half the time they don't even know what you're talking about when you call for help or to order a part. Wrong parts shipped all of time. Ridiculous.
