Horrible customer service and parts ordering. Spend hours on the phone trying to order parts. Most people you talk to are out of country and have never seen one of these machines. Half the time they don't even know what you're talking about when you call for help or to order a part. Wrong parts shipped all of time. Ridiculous.

I bought a treadmill (trm445) six months ago and it hasn't been able to work properly and not have been fixed yet. I've been trying to return it for the past few days. Whenever I call, I'm always directed to the manager who is perpetually unavailable. I've left voicemails but have received no return calls.
