Not specifically for this location. But Precor treadmill stopped working because of faulty motherboard 6 months after the 1 year standard warranty expired. I was forced to buy a 200$ part which had glue all over the board when I opened. I sent the part back and I will still lose 60$ (40$ shipping and 10% restocking) for getting a broken machine and a broken part. And the call in customer service is OMG - its SOOOO RUUUDEE. I purchased a treadmill from Kevin at the San Mateo Precor location. It was a really great experience. Kevin was super knowledgable about all the equipment in the store. He understood my needs and budget and recommended the best option for me. I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need. The purchase was super straight forward.
