I purchased a Precor Elliptical EFX 427 this year. After the technician's 1st visit, the abnormal nosies still comes out from the machine. The left screw was loosed and drop on the floor when I using the machine, it was very dangerous. We are not confident with the brand anymore, and believe we will run into some more issue in the future. It's very dangerous to use the machine.How do I return the machine?
