I ordered a stone for my kitchen island in December 2025 and have yet to receive an installation after paying over 800.00 for half of the cost. Every time I call, I am told it will "be next week". My stone was not ordered until March, delivered in April, was to be cut in May. Now everytime I call to ask about an install date, I leave voicemails with no call back. I wanted to support a local business, but in retrospect, I should have went to Lowes and had my island completed in 7 days, not 7 months.
