I sent this Headstock Baldor MTE-3363-BLACE DC ServoMotor to a motor repair shop and they have given up before they've done any testing. I tried Precision Zone and they sent me back a repaired motor in pristine, plug and play, brand-new looking condition all with a renewed Nameplate. They just made me a loyal customer.

Had a MagneTek control on my '97 HAAS VF4 give up the ghost. After some searching found Precision Zone. After a quick initial response(Thanks Nick!), I shipped the unit. They where very timely with a repair estimate. The next week it was back in my shop (Thank you Edward), carefully sealed and packaged (Kudos Pat). Wired back into the HAAS and fired right up. THANK YOU for keeping my downtime minimal.

Great customer service and company. I had a Turret Drive go dead on my CNC. I sent it in for repair and was told it was not repairable. They worked on trying to source parts to get the drive back up and running. It is Dec 2023 and my Drive is from 1997. Well, they were able to find parts to fix the drive. I installed the drive and my machine is now back up and running. I will definitely use Precision Zone in the future.

My company has used Precision Zone in the past, with great results. We again turned to them for repair on one of our CNC components. They had the part we needed in stock, it shipped out the following day, and we were able to send in our damaged component for a core charge refund. They made the whole process quick and easy, for a fair price. Will definitely be using them again.
