I've been repairing woodworking machinery around the country for almost 30 years and have built a very good reputation for being competent and honest. Comprehensive Repair, Inc. I rebuilt this customer's edgebander glue pot and repaired a dozen other items. He refused to pay his bill because "all I did was cleaned his glue pot a little". A reputation is built and some obviously don't care about theirs. Karma catches all eventually.
