Eddie and his crew provided amazing customer service and communicated regularly, as the entire country was focused on the pandemic. There were some delays, some missteps, but everything was corrected with a smile and a positive attitude. We love our new windows, and have noticed energy efficiency right away. This is a retraction of a GOOD review I left in 2018. I've had persistent leaks from a window Precision replaced in 2016. They came out 3 times to tell us it wasn't the window. They did a water/rain test and if you sprayed the window at the right spot, it did leak. The technician suggested that the gable vent above the window could be the culprit. After meeting with Eddie, I agreed to purchase 2 windows (planned on doing 8 more at a later date). Gave him my credit card number as he stated he need half down to order windows. That same evening $800 was taken out of my account. Over the next 5 weeks, I called trying to get in touch with him to find out the status. After 9 calls with no response I contacted his brothers office at Kitchens by design and told them my problem. Eddie called me right back and said that they had sent the wrong windows.
