They did pretty good work on my wheel repair, but I had them mount my existing tires on the newly repaired wheels and that's where we started having issues. I have staggered wheels and tires, and let them know this ahead of time. On the passenger side, they matched the correct wheel to the correct tire, but on the driver's side, they put the wider tire on the narrower wheel and the narrower tire on the wider wheel. Incredibly helpful.
My husband had a very disappointing experience with precision wheels and restorations. Over the course of two months, he dealt with poor communication and multiple false promises about when his wheels would be completed. Every time he followed up, he was given a different timeline, only to be let down again. When he finally received his wheels, the quality was not up to standard. This place is ran like a junk yard, over priced and rushed. They did a curb dent repair that took a day and half and still looked rushed. I don't recommend this place, any other place has better service. Company was great under previous management but now it's trash.
