I have patronized this business for approximately five years and never really experienced any issues with them. However, I recently made an appointment for a consultation with the doctor to speak about a product that I felt would be beneficial to me. My appointment was set for 11:15 and I arrived on time. I love Dr Brown, I travel back and forth from Nyc to Atl and every couple of months that I'm there I visit the center. I remember one time I came in and he wasn't there I was a little sad, then the receptionists goes come Dr is on a live face time chat just for you. He was happy to see my progress.
