I recently had Precision Vision in Caldwell make & install prescription Polaroid lenses into my favorite Burberry sunglasses. Doug & Joanne were very friendly, helpful and most accommodating; the result was outstanding. This store runs like a family owned business with attention focused on excellent customer service.
I stopped by to fix my sister’s glasses! Doug was so nice and extra funny! My little sister needed he glasses to be BIG TIME. He also fixed my glasses while he was at it! … i’m definitely coming back here for more glasses we highly recommend Precision Vision
Great experience! I went in on a Monday around 3pm and picked out some Prada glasses. Doug recommended and demonstrated the blue light feature since I work in front of a screen all day. By Tuesday lunch time I had a call that my glasses were ready for pick up. He made sure measurements were accurate and everything was A1! Thank you Doug for being so friendly and kind! I will be back!
One of the arms of my glasses broke off and I tried to fix it. I was able to find a replacement arm but was unable to install it because the inner spring mechanism of the arm did not allow me to align the holes. I had already given up on it when I found Precision Vision. They were very friendly, helpful and installed the replacement arm for me the same day. This saved my glasses! Super happy with the results. They won my business. Will be going back for any future eyeglasses needs. Thank you for your help!
