The service at Precision Vision is second to none, Doug and the crew are quick to help and great to be around. I came in with a broken frame and Doug was able to fix them enough to make them comfortable to wear while I chose a new frame from their vast selection and got my prescription taken. To my surprise, not even an hour after ordering the new pair I got a call saying they were ready to go and I was able to come back and grab them! As a 1st time customer Doug truly provided me with exceptional service and went above and beyond to help repair my glasses. I am visually impaired, legally blind and use a very unique lens and I knew it would be one in a million trying to find frames to accept my special lenses but Doug did it. He has patience and truly cares about every customer's special needs and provides excellent customer service and workmanship. Doug and Joanne were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have a great selection of frames, and it’s fun to walk around and try on all different options. Doug went way out of his way when he questioned the prescription I brought in from my ophthalmologist because it was so different from previous ones, and called her office to confirm. Confirm they did and he filled the prescription for two pairs of glasses. Turns out he was correct and it was wrong, so I had to go back to him after seeing another ophthalmologist and... read more
