Dr Ann is super knowledgeable and caring. Not only has she done a great job keeping my eyes healthy and in the right prescription she helped when I thought I’d scratched my eye and was dealing with a lot of eye pain. She answers all my questions and goes above and beyond. Aaron is also great! He keeps me fashionable and comfortable in every frame I get.

Customer service sold me. When I walked in I was greeted by Anthony. I knew what I wanted but am naturally indecisive. Anthony was patient and attentive even when other customers came in, he still made sure I never felt ignored. I was not forced or rushed to make a decison on the frames and was even offered a day to think it over and as a courtesy he would hold the frames I had chosen to give me time to decide. That sold me! I renewed my prescription and ordered glasses at this place. When the glasses came one lens was not right. They insisted I should keep them for a week or so for my eyes to get used to it. My eyes never did, the lens is defective. I had to go back 2 more times and had to argue with them so they finally agreed to send them back. It has been 3 weeks and I still dont have my glasses back. Dont buy glasses from this place. They are terrible and the optometrist is rude.
I’ve spent more than a hour in this store for nothing, the costumer service is just ridiculous, I will never come back to this place again!!
