Very professional doctor (Gnaanaken) who has an extremely qualified assistant (Tula). They are smart, take time with you, and don't let you leave dissatisfied. I trust them both completely. Never had a bad experience there. I've been going for years.

Revise: If I could give 0 stars I would. Your phone agents I have spoken to on multiple occasions and they are rude. Your company is very unprofessional on the phone and apparently in writing as well. "Dear Ms. Rutherford, Upon checking the patient records it appears that you not a patient of the office.
